Nutrition Challenge Day 30: First things first. Congratulations on completing your Whole30!!! But, we’re better than 30. 10 days to go. You got this. If it is your Day 30, weigh in and add the result to your final point sheet submission. You’ll weigh in again on Day 40. 

Level 3/4 Testing: Saturday, February 7th. If you want to work at higher levels, you are required to test. Accomplishments feel good. Sign up under workshops.

Barbell Snatch Progression
L3/4 – once through with empty bar, then add light weight and do the entire progression again
L2 – start with pvc, then move to empty bar
L0/1 – practice with pvc
