Meet Lyndzey and Juan. Lyndzey is our MVMNT Tribe coach (and she’s forcing Juan into the perfect slot above…happy shoulders!). As you begin making your way into Level 2 and beyond, taking at least a month of consistent Olympic lifting classes shouldn’t even be questioned. You just do it….1.) because you’re not Lyndzey, 2.) if you want to snatch and be a super CrossFitter, it’s only going to happen in Tribe, 3.) so you can use the fancy jerk station Juan is building. That’s right. Juan, for love of the sport, is building a permanent jerk station. Thank you!! 4.) because you want to avoid the wincing looks from the coaches when you try to salvage that thing you call a “clean” 5.) to look more like Mr. Klokov (every weightlifters crush)…

You can, should, it’s highly suggested that you get into Tribe when at all possible. Slots open at the beginning of every month. Lyndzey writes a custom program for you, breaks the snatch, clean & jerk down from the beginning, teaches position, position, POSITION. And you show to CF classes looking like you know what’s up.
