Reminder for those testing Levels 2-4: the squat & deadlift should be performed for a coach during regular class. An instructor must weigh you in prior to performing the lift and record your score. Thursday and Friday are both excellent options to get this done. As attendees of CF101, you know that deadlift socks are a requirement in order to get a Go.
Things you need on test day: advanced registration, CF101 date, training log, jump rope, deadlift socks, and a positive attitude.
