10 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
10 Swings
10 Ab Wheel Rollouts

Conditioning
12 Minutes AMRAP
5x Double Kettlebell Complex*
– Swing
– High Pull
– Clean+Press
– Squat
10 Box Jumps
*1 round = perform one rep of each movement in succession, go through the complex 5x, then do 10 box jumps (30 total reps per round)
