Happy Birthday Greg! Greg has been part of CFSQ since before we were CFSQ. He spearheaded the remodel of both locations as a trained mason and has been on our coaching staff since 2012. He is currently working towards Mountain Athlete and CrossFit Football certifications. Although he may present a quiet demeanor, he is a wealth of knowledge and likes to talk. You can catch him testing his powerlifting skills at Powerlifting for Pups in August!

120 Jump rope single unders
10 Tactical Getups R/L
10 Divebombers
10 Cossacks

Then,
26 Burpees AFAP

Conditioning
“Defender of Man”
26 Minutes E2MOM (13 rounds)
Every 2 minutes, perform the following complex:

2 Deadlifts
2 Hang Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
2 Push Jerks

Rx: 185/115
