Happy Birthday Greg! Greg has been part of CFSQ since before we were CFSQ. He spearheaded the remodel of both locations as a trained mason and has been on our coaching staff since 2012. He is currently working towards Mountain Athlete and CrossFit Football certifications. Although he may present a quiet demeanor, he is a wealth of knowledge and likes to talk.
