It is with a heavy heart that we officially say goodbye to Kandice as our instructor. Way way back in the day, Kandice came walking into the old space while we were still renovating and told us she was interested in teaching. She came back the next day, grabbed a broom and helped us tear down some drywall.  She joined our coaching staff almost immediately after we opened. She has taught CrossFit, K-Kid’s Camp and Elements since 2011 and stepped up countless times to run the gym while we were away. Kandice has decided to devote more time to her family and she will be greatly missed. If you see her on the Square, wave, honk, yell….anything to draw lots of attention to her.

We are happy to announce that starting this morning, Trent is taking over Wednesday – Friday 6 & 7 am classes. You can also catch Trent Monday nights and Saturday mornings for CrossFit and, starting in April, co-coaching the MVMNT Barbell Club.  

Parent’s Night Out is April 4th from 6-10 pm. $25 per child. Email bethanycfsq@gmail.com to reserve a space.
