In compliance with CDC recommendations, MVMNT Gym will be closed at the end of business today, and remain closed until 3/31. We will continue to assess the situation over the next couple of weeks and plan to follow the advice of the evidence-based medical community regarding COVID-19.

Also, the 9am and 12:15 class today are cancelled.

We will be posting home-friendly workouts for the remainder of this week; we will be emailing a detailed members-only home workout program each week until this situation is resolved.

We thank you for your understanding as we navigate this uncharted terrain.
