Check it: Colts Trading Bench Press for Turkish Get-ups. A team riddled with chronic injuries is incorporating exercises we do everyday to keep their players in the game longer. Consider yourself ahead of the curve. 

“What we get judged on as strength coaches is injuries. There can be cycles you go through, and having an older roster makes it kind of hard. But hopefully what we’ve done with the guys and the work they’ve put in will help them and they’ll be able to sustain the season.”
