CrossFit Marietta Square RKC StrongFirst Plank

CFSQ’s newest L1, Lyndzey D., will be hosting a gymnastics & tumbling workshop series at the Cobb Gymnastics Center. You can attend any or all of the Saturday afternoon two hour classes. This workshop is designed specifically for CrossFit athletes for all around conditioning, to strengthen and master the basics of gymnastics and improve on Olympic and power lifts. The Cobb Gymnastics Center is located just off Fairground behind the Civics Center next door to the aquatics center. Some things to look forward to: forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, bridge kick overs, back handsprings, a short conditioning workout and more.

A little about Lyndzey: She started taking gymnastics at 12 years old and has been coaching for almost 9 years, both recreational and competitive gymnastics.  She was a member of the Georgia Tech club gymnastics team and practiced with KSU’s team. Currently, Lyndzey is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs Alumni team.
