Conditioning

15 Overhead Squats

L3/4 – 95/65
L2 – 4 Rounds, 75/55 OHS OR 20 2Kb Front Squats
L0/1 – 3 Rounds, 20 Goblet Squats

Then (without stopping the clock)

“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Sit-ups 

L4 – as Rx
L3 – half the DU’s
L0-2 – 2x reps for single unders 

Any other substitutions automatically drop you one level.

Only those who have passed the test for Level 3 or 4 should post scores on whiteboard.
