When in Rome (or Switzerland): For those new to the game, it’s sort of a fitness tradition to stop at other gyms when you’re traveling (even on vacation). Robert is on a two week adventure in Europe. He stopped into CrossFit Turicum in Zurich to get his fitness on and was given the thumbs up on his deadlift form…just how we do. If you’re out and about this summer, drop into other gyms (give a 24 hour notice) and get a taste of other coaches, programming and communities. For better or worse, it’s always eye opening.
