Speed Ladder

15 Minutes for QUALITY (no more than 3 rounds)
30 Second L-hold
15 Wall Ball Shots
10 Downdog or Divebomber Push-ups
5 Pull-ups

Skill
10 Minutes
Wall Sprint Knee Drill

Conditioning
Alternate with a Partner
10 Rounds (20 Minute limit)
5 Push-ups
100M Sprint
(outside – 50M shuttle, out and back)
Rest until your partner has completed the entire round, then begin push-ups
