Graphic design is (clearly not) my passion, but Stephanie’s thruster is  💯. On to the gym happenings.

PURE STRENGTH WITH COACH JOHN ADDED TO SCHEDULE 
Classes run Monday and Thursday nights from 7-9 p.m and primarily focus on barbell skills and gaining strength (i.e. gettin’ swole). (Total aside: I’ve never seen John do a burpee during a workout, so if that’s not your thing, you’re probably in good hands in Pure Strength class.) You’ll also receive an additional day of programming to do during Open Gym.
If you have any questions, feel free to chat with John or Mario before or after class.

Level 0/1 and non-members can definitely take Pure Strength, however you must be registered for Basic Barbell (Code: MEMBER50 for discount). Basic Barbell is a 2 hour course where you’ll learn the ins and outs of barbell training. You’ll take this knowledge with you throughout your life! May 11, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

LEVEL 2 TEST is tonight! 6:30 p.m. Are you read to level up??

GET THE KIDS OUT OF THE HOUSE We have a Kids MVMNT Camp this summer! Classes run for 8 weeks (!) from Jun 3 through Aug 1 (no classes week of Jul 4), Mon through Thurs, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Hmmm, what could you do with all that time 🤔 But seriously, kids should get at least 3 days of physical activity a week. Let us help you with that. We’re looking for rising 3rd – 8th graders, and they’ll work on speed, agility, strength, mobility, games, and teamwork throughout their time at Kids MVMNT Camp.
