Calling all MVMNT Vets!! I’m talking to the Level 3 & 4s, to the people that join us for all of the events, that have been around for years, etc….First, thank you for making our events so successful. But, second, we need your help. The new people aren’t coming to anything. We put so much effort into making this community great through exercise and nutrition. We want the same for our social events. I’m challenging you to engage a new MVMNT member and get them out to one of these events. They need to know that social time and CrossFit go together like protein powder and water. It’s win win for us all.
