What I’m Reading: The Untold History of Women in Strength Sports via Barbend

Speaking to People Magazine in 1979, then powerlifter and later professor, Jan Todd, argued that ‘strength should be an attribute of all humanity. It’s not a gift that belongs solely to the male species.’

Thankfully, many now agree.

Whatever sex you are, be consistent. Two times a week of strength work will typically maintain your strength. Three times or more a week can help you build strength.
