CrossFit Open starts in 9 days. We have 20 people signed up so far. I know we can do better than that! This is always a great time for our community to come together and enjoy some good ol’ working out. Whether you have been CrossFitting for 3 years or 3 months, you will get an amazing experience from being a part of this Worldwide, yet in-house competition. Parents night out! Drop off your kids from 7-9pm on Friday, Feb 20th, for kids CrossFit and games. Go enjoy a few hours of peace and quiet. Ages 6+. $15 for first child. $10 for additional siblings. Please RSVP to ivy@crossfitonthesquare.com.
