Darrell G. is getting strong and making huge gains in range of motion in our strength & powerlifting class. This class is open to anyone, members & non-members, interested in gaining strength and technical mastery in the three powerlifts: squat, bench, and deadlift.

Team PrettyStrong’s first meet is March 23rd in Fort Mill, SC.

We’ll also be sending a group to run the Rock/Creek River Gorge Trail Race in Chattanooga, TN on March 23rd. Either event you choose, you now have plans!
