Holiday Hours:
Gobble Joggers – Your race packets are being picked up for you and delivered to the gym.
Wed, Nov 25 – Packet pick up Wednesday night at 5pm. Strength class is moved to 5pm.
Thanksgiving, Nov 26 – Gym will open at 7am for packet pick up, warm up, cider, mobilizing, parking, etc. Informal CrossFit @ 9am.
Fri, Nov 27 – CrossFit @ 10am. All other classes are cancelled.
Sat, Nov 28 – Regular schedule resumes. Striking is cancelled. CrossFit @ 930am. Benchmark @ 1030am.
The benchmark class is open to Level 2s and above so long as you can complete the workout as Rx. Level 3s and 4s should be able to perform most Girls as Rx and some Heroes as Rx. Ie. if we do Fran (21-15-9 thrusters/pullups 95/65), you come to the Benchmark to do the workout without scaling.
