Break into as few sets as necessary:
5 Turkish Getups R/L
50 Air Squats
30 Push-ups
Conditioning
20-25 minutes
Two people at a time–everyone goes through the course forward first, then everyone goes on their right side, then the left side. Repeat the entire cycle as time permits, trying to increase speed without sacrificing movement competence.
