Saturday’s Benchmark class is officially reopening this weekend! This class is by invitation only. Members must be injury free and able to complete the workouts exactly as prescribed. That means you may not be able to participate in every benchmark due to skill/strength abilities. This class ends when it ends. In other words, if the benchmark is Fran, you might only be at the gym for 30 minutes. If it’s Murph, you may need to let the fam know you’ll be gone for awhile. Registration is required.
