Tactical Strength Challenge – This Saturday. Weigh-ins at 9:00 am. Lifting will be going by 10:00. Please come by and support everyone participating in this nationwide competition! 9:30 class is cancelled. Open gym is available at 10:30 until 1:00 pm. Competitors have priority on the equipment and platforms.
Feeling like Fall – And that means Gobble Jog time. It’s actually one of my favorite events of the year. I secretly love getting up super early to greet any of you competing in the race and hosting a team workout while thousands and thousands of people cruise by the gym. Early bird pricing for the Gobble Jog itself ends on Saturday! We’ll have a team again this year. Whether you do the race or DO THE WORKOUT, plan to see your MVMNT Fam on Thanksgiving morning.
