Partner Workout: I Go/You Go

Barbell Complex – 3 reps of each movement, touch and go.
Deadlift
Bent-over Row
Front Squat
Push Press
Snatch Drop

Once the complex begins, don’t let go of the bar except to re-grip for the snatch drop. Fouls by either athlete will result in a penalty for both members of the team.
