*5 reps of each with the empty bar, alternate every couple of movements with a partner
Dip-shrug
High pull
High pull + footwork
Overhead squat
Snatch Balance
Snatch grip Behind the Neck Jerk
Snatch Drop
Tall hang Snatch
Hang above the knee Snatch
Hang below the knee Snatch
Snatch from the Floor

Lift
5 x 1 + 1 @ 80%
Snatch + Overhead Squat

Squat snatch or power snatch, then after you stand up with the bar still overhead, perform an overhead squat.

3 x 3
Back Squat @ 75%

High bar squats if you’re comfortable with the movement, otherwise low bar
