Strength Class is growing like crazy. In an effort to streamline, we will be switching to a regular $100 per month payment. This will get you more bang for your buck (by a long shot) if you’re committed to regularly coming to class. Unlimited members can attend strength class at no additional cost. Other regular CrossFit members can add strength class for $50 per month. This class is for powerlifting novices and seasoned competitors alike. All new strength class participants must take the Saturday 11:30 intro class. The next powerlifting meet is this Saturday starting at 9:30AM at AK CrossFit in Buckhead. We have two lifters: J & Brianna ready to smash PRs!!

Pull-ups*
*strict or kip, 1 pull-up the first minute, two the second, then continue adding a rep until you’re unable to complete the required number or reps for that minute. Once you fail, continue in EMOM fashion with a number of reps you can hit successfully. Score is highest number of completed reps in a minute.
