For the rest of the week we are maxing out the lifts we’ve focused on for the last couple of months–snatch, clean and jerk, back squat, and push press. Ideally you won’t try to do all four in a single day. Hit the Olympic lifts today and squat and press tomorrow or over the weekend.

After warming up with the bar, do a few more light practice reps and visualize proper bar path, timing, body positions. Then take no more than 5 attempts to work up to your max in each of the lifts.
