Tonight – Self-defense at 7 pm..FREE! Do it (let’s call it active recovery…). The next class meets Saturday at 10:30 am.

Plan your training – Friday, July 24th: two classes only at 6 am & 6:30 pm. All other classes are cancelled. Saturday, July 25th: one class only at 9:30 in Larry Bell Park weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the class is cancelled. Sunday, July 26th: All classes cancelled. We are hosting a sports performance certification and the gym will be closed. Thanks for understanding!
