Warmup
Jump Rope 3 Minutes

3 Turkish Getups R/L
Then,
7 Minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Skill
Double Unders
(If your Double Unders are solid, try single leg doubles)

Conditioning
5 Rounds AFAP
50 Double Unders*
10 Pull-ups

*Substitute 100 singles and 50 Tuck Jumps if you don’t do doubles.
***If you forgot or don’t have YOUR OWN jump rope, perform 25 Burpees before the first round and another 25 after the last round***
