Calling all ladies! We are looking for two women interested in competing on a 6 person team at Battle by the Mounds.
Where: Dellinger Park, 100 Pine Grove Road, Cartersville, GA
When: Saturday, June 8th, 2013
1. It’s a team event consisting of 6 person teams (just like the Games)
2. It’s bigger, badder, and better than last year (with vendors and everything!)
3. Raffle prizes
4. Lots of volunteers will be needed to ensure this thing is run smoothly!
5. The WODs will NOT be posted before you arrive. Expect the unexpected, including a relay swim.
We’re only two away from the Santora Memorial Fundraiser workout. If you have decided yet, its time to make a choice. 20 Minutes AMRAP
5 Sandbag Clean and Squats
10 Box Jumps
15 Down-Ups*
*from standing, bring hands to the floor and step both feet back to lie face down flat with thighs, hips and chest on the floor at the same time, then stand back up as quickly as possible–may also be performed as a Burpee with no jump
