Deadlift Reminders:
Levels 2+ need to have your shins covered. Long socks, pants, leggings are acceptable. Ladies, trying to pull down your carpi leggings is not.
Do not drop the bar from the top of the lift. We’re all big and strong. Set the bar down under control. You need not reverse deadlift but maintain a decent position with your spin.
Savage Racers: If you want to get in on the carpool, meet at the gym at 10 am Saturday morning.
Ladies Night In: Saturday evening Ladies Only class led by Ivy & Bethany. We’ll workout, listen to Beyonce and share a few bottles of wine. 6 pm on April 16th. Bring a bottle of wine or your favorite vino snack sidekick. Doesn’t count towards membership and is free to attend. Just ladies lifting heavy things.
Trivia Night: Saturday, April 23rd, 6 pm. Cassiday from Star 94 will be hosting trivia night at MVMNT. Bring your brain & beer & snacks. Friends and family welcome to join trivia teams. More details coming soon. We need lots of people to participate for it to be fun. There will be prizes! (sorry no bar cash)
