The live announcement of 15.4 goes down tonight at 8 pm from CrossFit X-Factor in Portland, Oregon!! Round up your posse. Come watch Castro and Roy make a spectacle of themselves. Then watch Jason, Eric and Jon put on a show of their own. This will be the last big Thursday night throw down. Next week, we’re throwing all our eggs into the BBQ basket. You can also catch the live stream at games.crossfit.com 

Remember, tomorrow’s daily training will be 15.4. Get scored if you must. Otherwise, use tomorrow for practice and get judged on Saturday. The gym opens at 9:30 am on Saturday. Open competitors will warm up together and we’ll run heats until everyone has made it through. Competitors: Be sure to sign up for class on Saturday like normal. Non-competitors: Open gym is available from 9:30-11:30 am. Keep the momentum going!! The last three weeks have been high energy and the gym full of people. The Open is your chance to have your friends and family come see what you have worked so hard to accomplish. It’s also a chance for EVERYONE in the gym to support each other. Together, we build our community. Come watch the battle tonight AND come on Saturday. You will not disappointed in how you spent your time and our athletes will be grateful you chose to spend your time with them.
