Join us at the gym tonight at 8 pm for the live announcement of 16.1. Pre-show starts at 7:45. Be sure to get there a few minutes early. While we’re watching two of CrossFit’s biggest names make their 16.1 attempt on the big screen, three of our own ladies will be in the wings warming up. 

Immediately following the announcement, Maggie, Bethany, and Kristy, all Open veterans, will go head to head in a 16.1 showdown. They will have just a few minutes to practice the specific movements and then lay it all out on the gym floor. Last year, Maggie and Kristy stepped up to plate in 15.2 with overhead squats and chest to bar pullups. While Maggie had practiced C2B a few times, it would be the first attempt Kristy had ever made. Maggie broke into the 6s and Kristy got her first 7 C2B reps. They’ve come a long way in the last year and we look forward to seeing some PRs tonight. Please come show these Ladies your support!! 

The Open starts today. Our Team is standing at 26 strong! You STILL have until 8 pm on Monday to sign up and submit your score. Go to games.crossfit.com to sign up.

COMPETITORS: Sign up for Friday now. We need to know when you will be in the gym to get scored to be sure there are plenty of judges on hand. Make it a habit to sign up far in advance each week during the Open for Fridays. (6 pm will always be a great time slot!)
