No AM classes.

We are open at 12:15 today. DO NOT DRIVE. Pedestrians welcome. If you drive, you must perform 100 hand release push-ups before starting class.

We will be updating this page regarding class at 5 and 6pm. If the roads are clear to drive, Greg will be teaching class.

Dynamic Athletic Movement

15 Kettlebell Swings

Conditioning
5 Rounds AFAP
20 Pull-ups
10 Double Kettlebell Clean and Press (20/14)

Optional
If you’re itching to move some weight, you may, with Greg’s permission, work on an Olympic lift or squat. This would be in lieu of conditioning, not in addition too. Although–since many of you have been holed up eating frozen pizza and ice cream, I’d suggest hitting the conditioning hard.
