Congratulations to everyone that is nearing the halfway point of the Whole30 Nutrition Challenge! The Garage Games are exactly one month from today. We are looking for a 4th person to fill a team. It will be a scaled (intermediate) team, meaning around 6+ months of training and can be either a guy or girl. These events are a good way to demonstrate the hard work you do in the gym each day and are just a blast to participate in! For more information checkout the Garage Games event page. Spectators are welcomed. If a team goes, we go! Reminder that Saturday’s strength class is cancelled for the USAPL Dirty South Powerlifting Championship. The 9:30 & 10:30 classes are still a go.
