Max effort testing continues. Most people should be squatting–if you’ve completed all the 3RMs then ask Trent to give you a Saturday interval workout.
Reminder!! Next week is “Deload” which means we aren’t training any lifts, but we will be conditioning. We are going to try something a little different and let you guys tell us what workouts you want to do. Workouts can be any conditioning we have done in the past or anything from the CrossFit.com main site or any reputable CF affiliate. The comments section on Friday’s page will be open all weekend for you to voice your opinions.
