Conditioning
“Santora”

Three rounds for reps of:
Squat cleans, 1 minute (155/115)
20′ Shuttle sprints (20′ forward + 20′ backwards = 1 rep), 1 minute
Deadlifts, 1 minute (245/195)
Burpees, 1 minute
Jerks, 1 minute (155/115)
Rest 1 minute

Scale loads appropriately.
Movement subs as follows:
Sandbag clean+Squat for barbell squat clean
Kettlebell Deadlift for barbell Deadlift
Kettlebell push press for barbell jerk
