Alternate each exercise with your teammate

200 yd Run
15 Sandbag Cleans
10 Burpees over the bag
15 Swings
10 Push-ups

L4 – 32/24, hand release push-ups
L3 – 28/22, hand release push-ups
L0-2 – Pick a weight that is challenging but doable
