Paleo Challenge Points are due today!

The Garage Games Present: Survival of the Fittest, Woodstock, GA
Are YOU ready? Are YOU ready to test your fitness, true grit and will across multiple domains going head to head against someone as hungry to win as YOU are? Only the fittest will survive in Woodstock on October 5th! Survival Of The Fittest is back and it’s going to AWESOME!!

Now, here are the details you’ve been waiting for!
All competitors will be randomly selected to compete in 4 timed workouts against randomly selected opponents within their division. In both the Rx and Scaled divisions, the winner of each WOD will receive 1 point for the victory, but unlike past competitions the losing competitor will have an opportunity to earn a point if they can complete the WOD under the specified time domain. For example, if the “time to beat” (TTB) domain for the men’s Rx division chosen for Fran is 2:30 and both competitors complete Fran under 2:30 then the winner would receive 1 point for the victory and an additional point for beating the specified TTB domain. The losing competitor would receive 0 points for the loss but would pick up a point for beating the TTB. This way, 1 bad draw won’t ruin your day. At the end of 4 WODs, the athletes with the top 10% of scores for each division will advance to a final “championship” WOD where our Suvival of the Fittest will be crowned!
