We are hosting a certification (we’re big time!) Friday thru Sunday. The gym is closed to everyone during this time. Thanks for understanding.
Shout out to Mandy for hooking us up with today’s training. We are still accepting (highly recommending you contribute) workout suggestions. Suggestions must be from mainsite (that’s CFHQ ie crossfit.com), the Games site, a previous MVMNT workout, or a workout that you’ve done or saw at another reputable CF gym.
