Huge Weekend for CFSQ & PrettyStrong Powerlifting!

Dee Repress went 9 for 9 at her first powerlifting meet at CF Chattahoochee’s Powerlifting for Pink! Final lifts: 352 Squat, 176 Bench, and 380 Deadlift finishing in 2nd place. Congratulations, Dee!!

The Whole Life Challenge has come to end. Congratulations to everyone that participated, supported and saw this thing through!! 60 days is no joke. Yesterday, we retested the baseline workout, took measurements and weight along with after photos. While we are waiting for most to input their results into the WLC website, what we do have is IMPRESSIVE. Every single participant PRed the baseline and not by a little, by a landslide.

Purely on points (logging into the website to track nutrition, exercise, stretching, supplementation), the top five are:

4. Annie
3. Mandy
2. Robert
1. Lyndzey

In a second place tie in baseline improvement are Mitzi and Chris, both adding 12 reps to their score. In first place, is Bill: initially stuck on the pushups when the clock stopped to repping out 9 burpees yesterday.

Finally, MAJOR shout out to Chris. Chris dropped 17 pounds and lost 3 inches off his hips and 3 inches off his waist all while taking care of a very pregnant Jess.
