Andy is hard at work putting together the Jason Santora Memorial Fundraiser WOD. What you need to know: Buy-in donation for the workout is $10. For a $25 donation, you will receive a custom Santora T-shirt! If you know that this is what you want to do, email us right away with your shirt size (ivy@crossfitonthesquare.com). Can’t be here on Saturday? We will still hook you up with a shirt for your donation. Email us!

At end of the workout, we will raffle off a Free dinner for 2 to Kiosco. Can’t beat that!

Thank you to everyone that helped at the new gym this weekend! Sheet rock is going up, showers are getting installed, it’s starting to come together! We’ll be ready to paint soon. Lots of people have mentioned wanting to help with that. We will be unabashedly coming to call.

10 Downdog or Divebomber Push-ups
5 Pull-ups

Strength

Push Press

Conditioning
Volume Ladder*
Double Kettlebell Push Press
Box Jump
Butterfly Sit-up
*EMOM, add one rep to the previous effort: first minute is one press, one jump, one sit-up, second is 2 presses, 2 jumps, 2 sit-ups, etc. Continue until you can’t complete all the required reps for that minute. 10 minute limit.
