Congratulations to everyone that completed the 2013 CrossFit Games Open! We hope you learned some things about yourself and where you stand in your training. Thank you to everyone that came out to the BBQ on Saturday! We greatly appreciate each CFSQ member, our staff, and the friends and family that support each of us. On to the next challenge…

On May 4th, CFSQ will head to CrossFit North Atlanta to compete in the Power Athlete Team Series. We have two 4-person teams ready to go. We will begin team practice this Saturday. Your registration money ($31 per person) is due to Ivy by Friday, April 12th. If you are interested in joining the a team, email us as soon as possible.
Each individual will be required to do one of the CFFB Total lifts (Power clean, Squat, Bench, Deadlift) as well as a corresponding metcon testing the athlete’s power, speed, and agility. Just as sport allows teams to “stack the deck” placing adept players in key positions, the Power Athlete Team Series emphasizes displaying the same soul crushing dominance in his/her wheelhouse. The competition will culminate in a head to head team prowler event for the top three teams. There is cash and equipment up for grabs at this event.
