And time. Another Open in the books. Congratulations to everyone that saw this thing through til the end! Five workouts may not seem like much. But spread out over the course of five weeks, it can wear you down. Many thanks to everyone that came to the BBQ on Saturday even though it was a little damp out. Unknown and unknowable right? 

As a reminder, 16.5 scores are due tonight by 8 pm.

Level 3 Test – This Saturday, April 2, at 10:30 am. Lots of people are sitting on that threshold and ready to cross. Pull the trigger. 

Level 1/2 Test – Monday, April 4th, at 7:00 pm. Be sure to sign up for any level test that you plan to attend. 

MVMNT Tribe (aka Olympic Weightlifting) – Lyndzey is currently accepting new Tribe members. If you’re interested in perfecting your snatch and clean & jerk, email ivy@mvmntgym.com to get in. The Tribe starts a new cycle this week. Lyndzey will get any new members set up with personalized programming but you need contact us ASAP. If you’re interested in competing, the Tribe plans to attend a team meet in June.
