First Open workout is in the books. Please be sure that you submit your score WELL in advance of the 8PM deadline. Congratulations to everyone that cranked through all those burpees and snatches. LOTS of people set new PRs and several people surprised themselves with what they are truly capable of. Competitors need to sign up for the Open workout classes on the schedule. One week down. Four to go.
