Interests outside the gym: My 3 dogs ~ by seniority ~ Phanny, Clutch and Lexi. I have a love for bullies, my great nieces and nephew (they make me want to be a better person), and my home. I am a homebody that likes to socialize 🙂
Fun fact:Â I changed the spelling of my name in the 1st grade from Kathy to Cathy. I think i was on my own path very early in life…hehehe.
Favorite cheat food:Â Gummy Candy. Real food… Mexican.
Laughing is really import in my life. I try very hard to stay away from heavy energy.
The reason I am soooo ELATED to be a part of the MVMNT Team is after 20 years professionally training people, it is hard to find new things to motivate and teach you. MVMNT is the place. I love the professional energy that is parallel from the 4 coaches. I am honored.
