The night of October 5th, Peter and Juliana Hardy (who both participated in the Challenge, taking 5th and 9th place, respectively, and had a true Whole30) are hosting a Post Paleo Challenge & Garage Games Potluck Party! This will be the 2nd year they have invited the gym into their home. All CFSQ members and strength athletes should be there and bring a favorite paleo (-ish is okay too) dish or drink. Come celebrate with us!
