Gymnastics Workshop Part 3 is tomorrow! We spent the first two classes mastering some basics: handstands, back handsprings, round offs, etc. The next two weeks will shift focus towards CrossFit specific movements. If you are working towards a PR on Open workout 13.3 (it’s coming) or you’re ready to conquer the ropes, this weekend is for you.
