Max effort testing continues. Most people should be squatting today. If you’ve already hit all the lifts and want to get a conditioning workout in, just let us know and we’ll make it happen.
Also–next week is “Deload” which means we aren’t training any lifts, but we will be conditioning. We are going to try something a little different and let you guys tell us what workouts you want to do. Workouts can be any conditioning we have done in the past or anything from the CrossFit.com main site or any reputable CF affiliate. The comments section on today’s page will be open all weekend for you to voice your opinions.
Next Friday: Class at 6 am & 6:30 pm only. Saturday CF in the park at 9:30 am. Sunday classes are cancelled.
