The Whole Life Challenge is upon us! This challenge represents the reason you walked into our doors in the first place: to be healthy for life. This challenge is about creating good habits for the long term. It’s about being held accountable by a group of people who are trying to make changes with you. You will be responsible for tracking your nutrition, exercise, mobility, sleep, supplementation, and healthy lifestyle choices. There are 3 levels to choose from: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If you are serious about making improvements in your health and fitness (and possibly looking better than you hoped on the beach), sign up and throw down with us.
Tomorrow, we are hosting a free WLC Kickoff to thoroughly explain the rules, the levels, take measurements and photos, and do the baseline workout. We’re looking forward to meeting some of your friends and family that have joined our team! If you are undecided about doing the WLC, come to the kickoff event for all the info.
