Tomorrow is the big day for many of our members who will be taking on their first powerlifting meet at CrossFit Johns Creek. J, Amanda, Shelley, Darrell, and Jonny B. will be lifting big this Saturday, setting personal PRs while raising money for Paint Georgia Pink, a fantastic local organization that directly supports local Georgians and their families battling breast cancer. CFSQ members, family and friends can support in two ways: DONATE (a dollar, one hundred dollars, by the pound, doesn’t matter!!) or come out to the meet…or, better yet, do both!

Strength class is cancelled tomorrow for the meet. Power Athlete Teams are invited to train during the 10:30 class. We will leave soon after 11:30 to head to Johns Creek. *A note from Amanda:  Just a heads up for anyone heading to Johns Creek  to watch the Powerlifting Competition may want to check traffic on 285 East. There is construction going on during the weekends and going 120 may be your best bet.*
