Tomorrow is the last Krav Workshop of the current series. You’ll be kicking and punching pads, getting a lot of coaches’ attention to perfect your form, and also getting a fantastic workout. Class runs from 1:00 – 2:30 pm.

April 2nd – Level 1/2 Test at 6:30 pm. If you’re doing the level 2 testing, you’ll need to have your shins covered for the deadlift and you’ll need your own jump rope.
What level are you currently at? Look at the next level’s requirements here. How many of them are you unsure of? If the answer is two to four of them, try the ones you think you’re close with after a workout next week. How did you do? Are you close? You can miss TWO skills and still level up.
